These terms cover your use of whitecoat.media. Engagements for our packages are governed by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties; if anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.
The site and its content (copy, design, playbooks, PDFs) belong to White Coat Media. You may read, share links, and download materials we offer for download. You may not scrape, republish, or resell the content without written permission.
We are a media agency. Nothing on this site is medical advice, legal advice, or compliance certification for your practice. The Compliance Charter describes our own working commitments, not a legal guarantee for your organization.
Prices shown on the packages page are real and current, and they change over time. The price in your signed agreement is the one that applies to you.
Booking, analytics, and hosting run on third-party platforms (Zoom, Google, Netlify, Cloudflare) with their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability.
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Coat Media is not liable for damages arising from use of the site itself. Service engagements carry the warranties written into their agreements.
