White Coat Media ("we", "us") operates whitecoat.media. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to respond to you and improve the site, we never sell your data, and we treat healthcare-adjacent information with the care you would expect from people who wrote a Compliance Charter.
Information you give us. If you book a Strategy Audit or email us, we receive what you send: name, email, and anything you include about yourself or your practice. Booking runs through Zoom Scheduler, which has its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, device type, approximate location from IP). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Our host (Netlify) and CDN (Cloudflare) keep standard server logs.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, patient information or protected health information (PHI) through this website.
To respond to inquiries, deliver services you request, improve the site, and send you material you explicitly asked for. That is the whole list.
You can browse with analytics blocked (browser settings or extensions) and the site works fine. You can ask us what we hold about you or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Emails and booking records are kept as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then deleted. Data lives with our processors (Google, Zoom, Netlify, Cloudflare), each bound by their own security commitments.
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes get a note on this page.
