You, Jules or a senior strategist (almost always Jules for the first cohort), and one of our writers taking notes so you don't have to. We screen-share your existing accounts, talk through your goals, and dig into the specific moves that would change your trajectory over the next 30 days.

This is not a sales call. We are not pitching you packages on this call. We are doing the work.

A written 30-day roadmap

Delivered within 5 business days of the call. 8 to 12 pages, written in your context, covering:

Where you are now. An honest read on your current presence: what is working, what is not, what is invisible.
The 30-day plan. Specific actions, ordered by week. Not "post more consistently," actual posts, platforms, and sequencing.
Content angles for your specialty. Three to five we believe will perform, with examples and rationale.
The compliance landmines specific to you. State board rules, FTC issues, before-and-after policy, flagged before you trip them.
What we would do first if we ran your account for 90 days, whether you hire us or not.

Why this costs $750

Why we charge for this when every other agency offers a free call.

Two reasons. Both honest.

One. Every other healthcare agency's "free 30-minute discovery call" is a sales call wearing a consulting costume. We refuse to run those. The 90 minutes you book with us is real consulting from people whose time costs real money, and we would rather charge for it openly than disguise the same conversation as free.

Two. $750 filters. The doctors who book this are serious. The ones who balk at $750 were not going to commit to a $3,500 per month retainer anyway. By charging at the front door, we protect our team's time and yours.

If you book any retainer with us within 30 days of your audit, your $750 comes off your first month's invoice.

Translation: if you are a serious buyer, the audit is effectively free. If you are not, you have paid $750 for the most useful 30-day plan a healthcare professional can buy, written by people who have actually done it. Either way, you are not getting fleeced.

02Confirm your booking. You get a confirmation with your Zoom link and a short pre-call questionnaire, about 10 minutes to fill out.
0348 hours before. Send the questionnaire back so we walk in already knowing your goals, specialty, and accounts.
04Day of. Zoom, 90 minutes. Two of us, one of you, or bring your practice manager, extra attendees are fine.
05Within 5 business days. Your written 30-day roadmap arrives in your inbox. PDF. Yours forever.
06You decide. Hire us, hire someone else, or run the roadmap yourself. No follow-up sales sequences, no "just checking in" emails.

Cancellation. Reschedule up to 24 hours before with one click. Cancel up to 48 hours before for a full refund. Inside 24 hours the fee is non-refundable, but we will deliver the roadmap based on your questionnaire anyway.

Jules's calendar is the constraint. The audit is the only way to get 90 minutes of his attention reliably. If you want shorter, follow him on Instagram (@realdoctorjules), he answers a lot of DMs there for free.

For our first cohort, yes, Jules personally runs every audit. After that, audits will be split between Jules and a senior strategist he has trained, and you will know in advance who is on your call.

Honestly, no. The roadmap depends on your voice, your goals, and your appetite for being on camera. Send delegates as additional attendees, but you need to be on the call.

Yes if you want one. Send it 48 hours before the call and we will review and sign. We do not share client conversations regardless, NDAs are for your peace of mind.

Then we will tell you on the call, and we will be more cautious in the roadmap. We have worked across most specialties through Jules's own network, but if yours is genuinely outside our experience, you will get an honest "here is what we would recommend you investigate" rather than a fake confident answer.

Yes. Compliance frameworks differ outside the US, so the roadmap will flag what we can and cannot advise on for your jurisdiction. Time zones for the call are flexible.
