I'm Doctor Jules. I built this for the doctor I was four years ago.

A short story about why every healthcare agency I tried to hire was wrong, and what I built instead.

01The two things that broke me.

Four years ago I was a physician with two problems no one in medical school prepared me for.

The first: I needed to be online. Not for vanity. Because the loudest voices in healthcare were people without the credentials to have the conversation, and my patients were getting their information from them. I wanted to fix that.

The second: every agency I talked to thought doctors print money.

The quotes were insulting. The work was generic. The strategy was a template they'd sold to a dentist, a lawyer, and a real estate agent the week before. I'd sit in those calls and watch them do mental math on how much they could charge me before I noticed.

So I stopped hiring them.

02What I did instead.

I learned the work myself. Social media, IT, web development, video editing, the whole stack.

Then I started hiring, not marketers who'd worked with doctors, but people I could train into healthcare. I wanted a team that understood what HIPAA actually means, why a before-and-after photo is a legal landmine, and what happens to a physician's license when an agency posts something dumb on their behalf.

Today there are 13 of us.

We run my accounts, @realdoctorjules, 600,000+ followers across platforms and counting. We produce my podcast. We built and run my 501(c)(3), NAFAS. We edit the long-form, ship the short-form, manage 15+ platforms, and build the websites and patient tools, no templates, no flipped builders, no shortcuts.

Then a few things happened that I didn't plan for.

Other doctors started asking who runs my media. Then they asked if we'd run theirs. Then a community formed inside the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, physicians who'd been burned the same way I was, who wanted what I'd built but didn't have four years to figure it out alone.

That's when I knew this needed to be its own thing.

03Why White Coat Media is something else.

White Coat Media only exists for healthcare professionals, and it's built around a thesis the rest of the industry can't claim:

The founder is the case study.

Every method we use on a client, I ran on myself first. Every piece of advice in our playbooks, I tested on my own brand before anyone else paid for it. When I tell a derm practice that 40-second reels outperform polished 90-second ones, it's because I have four years of data on my own account proving it.

I'm not offering theory. I'm offering the playbook I'm still running.

04Who this is for.

White Coat Media is for the physician, practice owner, or specialist who:

  • 01Knows being online matters and is done pretending it doesn't
  • 02Has been burned by an agency before, or watched a colleague get burned
  • 03Has the practice and the clinical reputation, and now needs the digital one
  • 04Doesn't have time to learn editing software or argue with a 22-year-old about hooks
  • 05Wants their license, their voice, and their patients protected by people who actually understand all three

If that's you, the rest of the site is built for you. The packages are clear. The prices are public. The Compliance Charter is on the menu. There is no "contact us for pricing" anywhere on this website and there never will be.

That's the whole point.

I started White Coat Media because I'm tired of watching good doctors lose money, time, and trust to people who don't deserve any of it.
